I am so excited to be a part of the Sierra Verde Viper team. I graduated from the University of Arizona (GO CATS) with my Bachelors in Elementary Education. This is my 15th year at Sierra Verde. I have taught Pre-K for 2 years and Kindergarten for 11 years. This is my 10th year teaching first grade.
I have 3 amazing children - Mackenzie is 27. She graduated from UofA and is a paralegal. She got married last November and I have a great new son-in-law, CJ. Zachary is 24 and graduated from Mountain Ridge High School. He works at Home Depot. Luke is 17 and is a Senior at Mountain Ridge. As if our house wasn't busy enough, we have a several four legged friends. Our Terrier mix Scout, is 5 years old and we have an 8 month old Bernedoodle puppy, Willow. Luke has a leopard gecko - Gary. I also have a box turtle, her name is Carl and she spends most of her days at school in our classroom. Oh and I can't forget my grandkitty - Pepper Potts - she belongs to my son Zach. We also found a 6 week old kitten in the neighbors tree - so we kept her - her name is Paprika.
Six years ago I got my real estate license and have been doing that on the side and during the summer. I work with eXp Realty. I am excited for the opportunity to help people find their dream homes in addition to teaching.
We are a football family. We are huge Cardinal fans and enjoy going to the games. We even travel to Tucson to support our beloved Wildcats during football season. We also love going to the beach. We spend time in Oceanside or Newport every summer.
